Cultural Heritage: have an unacceptable impact on the area’s wealth of historical and archaeological sites;

Cumulative Impact: add unacceptably to the cumulative impact of existing wind farms in Kintyre;

Wildlife: have an unacceptable impact on the area’s abundant biodiversity;

Planning: contravene multiple Argyll & Bute planning policies;

Economic: seriously harm the local economy in one of Kintyre’s most popular tourist areas;

Cost/benefit: have no significant effect on reducing carbon dioxide emissions or global warming.
